Therapy uses various therapeutic approaches to guide individuals to grow to be whole, healthy individuals and have a balanced life. These approaches foster personal growth, self-awareness and emotional healing to take your personal power back.

  • I believe a decision to pursue therapy is one of the bravest and courageous decision one can make and my personal goal is to create a safe, compassionate and supportive space to support your decision. Together we will explore your world – present, past and what you want your future to look like.

  • I believe in mindfulness and incorporate breathing exercises and meditation when appropriate.

  • I believe in solution focused therapy all aimed to help clients become empowered to make positive changes in your life.

  • I strongly encourage active participation in the therapeutic process which may include homework – reading articles and books as well as journaling and other activities as appropriate. There may be times where you may be challenged to encourage growth towards meeting your personal goals but never judged.
